MobblyBobbly

Antibiotics cause lethal nerve-damage.They stunt mental growth and hinder any intellectual development. In fact, the effect on the nervous system is so acute that one might feel drowsy, tense, disoriented and will suffer - without a doubt - from what youth quote to be "extreme zoming out" more commonly known as feeling BLEAGH.As a result, youth today, under the influence of Doctor James' beloved Crixan, find themselves struggling to comprehend the strings of alphabets that make up the sheets of turorials and notes that the college duly rations at a ridiculous rate. They are left behind in dire straits, desperately attempting to control their lifeless bodies that have fallen victim to pre-death rigor mortis. With their hopes of surviving the next day of college dashed, these helpless victims find themselves in a pit and resort to blogging aimlessly, praying to the lord of virtual technology that Chris Crocker would produce another mind-blowing video that might help them out of this rut.Till then, their sulphur-tinited eyes will stare unblinkingly at either a familiar page of virtual mayhem or the vicious, cruel words of the cunning lecturer who is out to cause more mental paralysis. Their incapacitated fingers will still try to craft works of artistry on the blank, lined pages that need to be filled by dawn as their wandering minds wonder and ponder how one might really feel having fireworks blown up their asses.

I think it might hurt, no? The fireworks, i mean. As in, Haemorrhoids might happen, right?

Since i am obviously unable to consume anymore formulas from Organic Chemistry that are supposed to make some sense and since I find myself unable to write about Shakespeare's magnificent dramatic techniques, i think i might try my hand at listing how my magninficent week culminated with a glorious picnic at the beach.

Where to start?

Switchfoot! Thrusday came and Farah, who was feeling rather down and under the weather strolled out of her first period, determined to get an early-leave slip and board a 38 that will transport her to the comfort of a soft bed for another lethargic nap that could perhaps finally end her mopey moods. On the way out of college, she heard voices hollering from a distance. She retracted - to find the band members of Switchfoot sauntering toward a group of squeeling mice in green skirts. Immediately, the tension drained from her numb body and she too, turned into a squeeling retard as she tore through the group of amatuers while her inner groupie was set free. Farah spent the next hour or so discussing delectable onde-ondes with lead singer, Jon Foreman.

Now, be jealous. Be very jealous.
Moving on...

Friday came. School went by pleasently. Drama zoomed by and it was on to the higly anticipated Chinese New Year Carnival. Leon and Lubbydooby were emceeing and Fred and Nadia performed. Both performances i think were shortchanged due to a really crappy sound system. Someone fix the College's audio system please.

These anitbiotics are really, really mind numbing - I'm starting to feel that blogging is too much of a chore to pursue right now. I think im going to quit pre AND post ammbling. Its way too tiring. Listing should suffice. Here goes...

We're still on Friday by the way.

Headed home. Took a shower and was off to arab st. Found a really nice egyptian restaurant. Had a fantastic time eating Chicken Falafel and shee-shaing with Nadu, Mumtash, Roshni, Suraj and Shanker. Funfunfun.

Saturday! I seriously can't recall what happened to those 24 hours. I'm serious. *nerve-damage*
Oh, i was studying. That explains it all.

Sunday! I caught up with Mazmo and we went to watch the Kite Runner as a belated birthday treat. I promise to dedicate a proper post to the Kite Runner. My current state of mind will not do it any justice. As it is, its massacring what was a really good week.:(

After the heart-wrenching movie, Mazmo and I walked to Doby Ghaut and had a loverly Ben and Jerry's sundae. ( I still have some more voucers to spend by April. If you are nice enough, I'll bring you. :) Here is where i burst into that song which Queen Latifa sang in the movie Chicago "If you stroke Mama, Mama will stroke youuuu"... or uhm...something like that )

And then, i went on for dinner with Aunty Sarah, Nadu and Imran who came down with his four Uni-buddies.

Finally got home by eleven plus and i was exhausted.

Soon enough, i was sneezing and had a horrible fever. So, i crawled under my covers, moping about falling ill again.

Today, it was off to Doctor James' where he administered Crixan once again.

Meanwhile..

Mum was in a crazy mood. It might be due to the CD i burned her. Its like a compilation of songs by Banarama, Cindy Lauper, Paula Abdul, Huey Lewis, Marvin Gaye, MC Hammer, Prince, Madonna... You get the gist, right? Extremely happy songs that sent her reeling back in time.

She is a transformed woman. Im not pulliing anyone's leg.

Mum was in this effervescent, erratic, impulsive mood and she decided randomly to not go to work and instead, we went on a picnic that lasted from 2 to 7. It was so randomly ridiculous. Or, vice versa.

We pulled out a mat, bought munchies that exacerbated my sore-throat, but were yummy nontheless, and sat down under a nice, big shady tree for 5 hours. It was great fun. Of course, i was fretting that a teacher would see me there and think that i was playing truant.

True enough, i bumped into 5 teachers! The terrifying, strict, regime of releif teachers lead by Miss Maryam! The Horror! Haha. It was quite funny la.

Anyway, I need to sleeep.NOWNOWNOW.

Its like my cerebellum has been scewered. Dilema of the night : to go to school or not to go? Ponder Ponder. Only time will tell.

Adiue! Adiue!
Lovelove,
Princess Farah
